Digital Image Output and Recording System SEO-DISS for SEM

The system of PC image registration SEO DISS is connected and operated with REM scanning electron microscopes, STEM scanning electron microscopes and EMPA electron microprobe microprobe of various manufacturers, all functions of electron-optical devices are preserved. Only with the digital recording of the image, the internal raster generator is turned off and the beam control is transmitted to SEO-DISS. The built-in PC menu includes a microscope for external beam control, generates a trip voltage in X and Y, and digitally formats analog image signals read from the preamplifiers.

SEO ImageLab is an image analyzer designed to work in research, diagnostic and production purposes in various fields: medicine, biology, veterinary science, geology, materials science, metallurgy, etc.

Analyzers are supplied with a microscope or microscopes of customers are used.

The analyzer is equipped with digital system SEO-SCAN, which provides recording of color and black-and-white images with high and ultra-high resolution.

Image analysis is carried out using the software SEO ImageLab (registration certificate No. 27335 dated January 21, 2009)

When using a customer's microscope, the digital SEO-SCAN system is installed on any type of light or electron microscope using specialized photo adapters.

Digital systems are adapted to any light microscopes at the request of the customer and are supplied as follows:
